In the morning from 7 am to 9:45 am a rich breakfast from the buffet awaits you. Rolls from our baker, oven-fresh bread, homemade wholemeal bread with sourdough from the senior chef, fresh croissants, homemade jams and compotes, cheese and sausage delicacies, cereals and overnight oats, egg dishes as well as cakes and fruit. In addition to orange and multi-vitamin juice, you can squeeze your own fresh apple-carrot juice.
The freshly roasted beans come from Alps Coffee in South Tyrol. You can choose between espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, melange, latte macchiato or a pot of coffee. Tea lovers choose one of Ronnefeldt’s exclusive teas from the buffet at the Samowar.
In our small and tastefully furnished restaurant you will feel at home. The chefs Rainer Eisendle and Heidi Corazza will cook for you personally. Choose between meat and fish specialities as well as vegetarian dishes. The restaurant is open from June to September from Monday to Saturday from 19 to 21 o’clock (kitchen until 20 o’clock).
In the low season we offer small dishes from 19 to 20 o’clock at the hotel bar or we give you a restaurant recommendation in the near old town of Hall. The restaurant is also open in the low season for small and large groups as well as for booked evening menus.
