Measures
for Containment of Covid19

Due to the pandemic, we have to make some changes in our business operations until further notice:

The reception has limited opening hours: 7 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 9:30 pm – outside these hours we are available and a self-check at the hotelomat is always possible (with reservation).
All public areas are equipped with disinfectants and are continuously cleaned. Handrails, door knobs, lift buttons and surfaces in general are disinfected. Until further notice, you will always be given a room that was not rented the day before.
Our employees continue to wear a mouth and nose protector or face visor. Furthermore all persons working in the hotel are tested every week (PCR test).
Our restaurant will remain closed until further notice in 2020 – the dining room will be used as a pure breakfast room. You get the same table reserved for you at breakfast every day. Small dishes will be offered at the bar.
The use of the sauna is only possible with advance reservation and only for one guest or with family members.

Keep at least 1 metre distance from other persons except for persons from the same household or fellow travellers in the same accommodation unit.
Reservations in advance if possible. Reduce congestion at the reception and in the restaurant.
Contactless payment if possible. Preferably settle the bill by card.
Follow the instructions of the staff.
Avoid shaking hands and hugs.
Wash hands several times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds.
Avoid touching your face with uncleaned hands.
Sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief.
Do not travel if there are signs of illness. If there are any signs during your stay, contact your host.
